Kyle Loftin is a hospitality executive with more than 20 years of experience in hotel operations, revenue management, and food & beverage leadership. He is known for his analytical approach to hotel performance and his ability to build strong leadership teams that deliver consistent results for hotel owners and brand partners. Kyle began his hotel management career with Starwood Hotels & Resorts as part of the opening leadership team for the Aloft Jacksonville Airport He joined Expotel Hospitality in 2012 as General Manager of the South Beach Hotel & Suites, an upscale independent boutique property, before transitioning into corporate leadership roles focused on revenue strategy and multi-property operations across both branded and independent hotels. Today, as Area Vice President of Operations, Kyle oversees multiple hotel assets within Expotel's portfolio, working closely with ownership groups and on-property leadership teams to improve operational performance, drive financial results, and execute capital improvements. He regularly collaborates with ownership groups on asset and capital strategies that support the long-term positioning of hotel investments. Kyle also contributes to the development of internal operational systems, reporting tools, and leadership training programs across the company while supporting Expotel’s growth initiatives, including new development, repositioning projects, and strategic partnerships. Kyle holds a degree in Mathematics and brings a strong analytical mindset to hotel operations. He and his wife, Ali, live in the Greater New Orleans area with their three children — Kale, Hazel, and Leone. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, spending time outdoors with his family, and following Louisiana sports. He is an avid New Orleans Saints fan and a season ticket holder for LSU Football.
